Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ICP Keywords ("the Service") is operated by VML Media LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (company number OC453386), registered office Stoney Works, 8 Stoney Lane, London, England, SE19 3BD. You can reach us at info@wordsatscale.com.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Accounts are for a single user; do not share credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

3. Credits, plans and billing

• The Service is metered in credits. Each action (keyword metrics, opportunity scoring, clustering, video gap analysis, AI-assisted discovery and similar) consumes credits at the rates shown in the app at the time you run it.
• Subscription plans include a monthly credit allowance that resets at the start of each billing period. Unused plan credits do not roll over.
• Purchased credit packs are additional to plan credits and expire 12 months after purchase.
• The 7-day trial costs $1 and includes 100 credits. Unless cancelled before it ends, it converts automatically to the Standard plan at $29.90/month, billed to the card used for the trial.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from the Billing page and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
• We may change prices or credit rates with reasonable notice for future periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties as your own product.
• Scrape, bulk-export or automate access outside the interfaces we provide.
• Reverse engineer the Service or attempt to circumvent credit metering or limits.
• Use the Service unlawfully, or to produce spam, deceptive or infringing content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules or that place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or third-party data providers.

5. Your data and content

You keep ownership of the keyword lists, personas, seeds and other content you put into the Service, and of the outputs generated from your runs. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Third-party data and AI outputs

The Service combines data from third-party providers (including search, social and video data sources) with AI-generated analysis. Search volumes, difficulty, authority scores, coverage judgements and AI suggestions are estimates. They may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and they are not advice. You are responsible for verifying results before acting on them.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages and factors outside our control may cause downtime. If a run fails because of an error on our side, we will restore the credits consumed by that run.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost rankings or indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, unused credits are forfeited except where a refund is due under our Refund Policy or applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
